Kevin Gallacher

Kevin has worked in the investment industry for more than 20 years. Before starting Independent Fund Director Services, he was Managing Director of Merrion Investment Managers, Ireland’s top performing investment manager. Prior to that he worked with Russell Investments and AXA Investment Managers in London.
He has a Masters degree in investment analysis and is an Associate of the CFA Society of the UK and a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing.
He is a member of the Institute of Directors and the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA).
He is currently an independent director and professional trustee of a number of fund and corporate entities in the UK and Ireland and a non-executive director of a UK financial services compliance consultancy.
Alison Sinclair
alison.sinclair@fund-director.comAlison Sinclair is responsible for portfolio analysis at Independent Fund Director Services.
Alison has over 20 years experience in global equity markets. During her career, she has worked as an investment analyst and portfolio manager and has managed UK and US equity portfolios for both retail and institutional clients at Standard Life and Resolution Asset Management.
She has an MBA from Edinburgh University and is an Associate of the CFA Society of the UK.
